the Fund

Open Joint-Stock Company “National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic” is a state development institution established for the effective management of assets and the attraction of long-term investments into the country’s economy.

The Fund was established by Resolution No. 666 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic dated November 5, 2024, in implementation of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On the National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic” and Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic No. 155 dated June 14, 2024.
The Fund operates on the basis of its Charter, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Fund is forming a modern mechanism of state investment that ensures sustainable economic growth, modernization of enterprises, and development of the country’s priority economic sectors.
