OJSC “National Investment Fund of the Kyrgyz Republic” announces the selection of a Hotel Management Company / Hotel Consultant for the implementation of the project to create a modern international-level resort complex based on the “Druzhba” boarding house located in the Issyk-Kul Region.
The project involves the reconstruction and development of the property with the subsequent launch of a 4–4+ star resort hotel under an international brand. The selected company will provide full support for the project at all stages — from concept development and financial modeling to pre-opening and subsequent operational management of the facility.
Companies with international experience in the following areas are invited to participate:
- Development of hotel concepts;
- Preparation of business plans and financial models;
- Attraction of international hotel brands (franchise);
- Pre-opening and operational management of hotel properties.
